Shipping policy

Pre-Order Release Schedule: Items marked as preorder are not in stock at the time of purchase and are produced or prepared after orders are placed. Customers will be charged in full at checkout to secure their preorder.

Preorder items typically ship 4–6 weeks from the purchase date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to production or carrier delays.

Shipping Timeline: As each of our items is made to order with meticulous attention to detail, we kindly ask for your patience as we craft your garments. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks from the end of the pre-order window for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery Timeframe: After your order has been shipped, standard delivery times apply. Depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, please allow an additional estimated timeframe of up to one week for your package to be delivered. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or weather conditions may impact delivery times, but we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
